Roof Safety Mesh

Roof Safety Mesh, also known as fall protection wire mesh, is a critical passive safety solution designed for metal roof construction, solar panel mounting systems, commercial steel buildings and industrial rooftop projects. Manufactured from high tensile galvanized steel or stainless steel wire, this anti-fall mesh is installed underneath roof purlins, solar racking frames and metal sheet panels to prevent workers, tools or debris from falling through roof gaps during installation, maintenance and repair work.

Electro Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh is available in a wide range of openings and wire diameters.

Wire Diameter

• 2.0mm / 2.5mm / 2.7mm / 3.0mm / 3.5mm / 4.0mm (2.7mm & 3.0mm is the most commonly used one)

Mesh Opening

• 50×50mm (2″×2″)  highest safety grade, mandatory type for construction sites
• 75×75mm (3″×3″)
• 100×100mm (4″×4″) Lightweight universal model

Standard Roll Width

• 0.5m / 0.6m / 0.8m / 1.0m / 1.2m / 1.5m (1.0m、1.2m The most commonly used width)

Roll Length

Standard roll length: 30m / 50m / 100m per roll

Load Bearing Capacity

• Light duty (2.0–2.5mm wire): Minimum 50kg uniform load
• Medium duty (2.7–3.0mm wire): Minimum 100kg uniform load (solar roof standard)
• Heavy duty (3.5–4.0mm wire): Over 150kg heavy load for industrial factory roof
