Expanded Metal Sheet

Expanded Metal Sheet is manufactured by slitting and stretching a solid metal sheet into a diamond-shaped mesh pattern without welding or weaving. This process forms a continuous structure where strands and bonds remain connected, creating a rigid and load-bearing panel.

Unlike welded mesh or perforated sheet, expanded metal maintains structural integrity because it is produced from a single sheet of metal. It is widely used in construction, industrial platforms, security fencing, ventilation systems, and cladding applications.

Types of Expanded Metal Sheet
